| 0 | Can't believe I had this conversation.I usually am an advocate of men's rights as a woman, but in this instance I can't side with you guys. You have to understand that fear is a form of self preservation, and although not every man who walks behind a woman is thinking about raping her, it's a very real fear. Being aware of your surroundings is a crucial part of this preservation. It's unfortunate that any stereotypes arise, but it's not a useless mechanism.
