I'll have to look up that stuff. I consider myself Reformed (of the Presbyterian bent) and it was my understanding that pretty much any Christian believed that church was a place for sinners in the same way a hospital is a place for the sick.

As usual it all comes down to money. Our government hates that it has to let us keep as much as we do, and will support anything that lets them take a little bit more. We need to repeal the income-based tax and put in place a consumption tax.

I think you're further involved with the gay scene than you think you are. There really aren't that many gay's around. Even the percentage gay activists like to hold up is only 1.9% (with another 1.6% bi-sexual). The NHIS survey came in a bit lower. This is telling: They are upset about a half-point or so difference. In reality, many Americans believe the % of gay's is closer to 25%, which is completely bat-shit crazy.

I'm sure you did it on purpose, but for those who read it, pay close attention to the "government/media" part. The G/M combo want nothing more than to completely own you and control you. I do agree that people should be treated equally, but from the other direction that you are coming from. You want the results to be the same, I want the opportunity to be the same. A persons "sexual orientation" is not the same as the external actions they take. This is why many Christians are accused of 'hating' gays. Christians love gay people, but disapprove of the decisions gay people make to physically engage in homosexual activity. So no, 'sexual orientation' is not at all the same as gender or race. Gays are not suffering on the level of blacks during the era of slavery.

It's their business. Shouldn't they have some choices in who they accept payment from for their product or services? I do think we ave pretty solid laws in place, based on un-shifting characteristics like race and gender. Uh, I really don't think photoshop plays as big a role in muscle mags as they do in womens mags. If you compare raw shots on stage to their spreads int he magazines, there really isn't that much a difference. Not so with most womens magazines.
