Well, that would only make sense, if that one-time compensatory payment would outweigh all the time in which none of them would get payed at all, while he is still in jail and until the trial will come to a conclusion. And that would also only work when they prove it all until that very end. Unless he didn't actually treat then well nor pay them fair and square. In which case you would have to look at the usage of the loverboy-method again.

… From who and why then?

Ah yes, they sure got attention by… hmm, we don't have even received any names nor did any of the victims come forward on social media, how odd. Oh well, surely they got attention on some other obscure way. /s But why would they make such complaints that would put the person that actually pays them into jail, if he has treated them well and payed them fair and square? Or rather all the 4 people.

Well, he rather got a lawyer that is good at being a yes-sayer. I can send you a link and a timestamp to a clip in which it becomes clear what kind of lawyer he would ever get for himself.

…Do you really know who the specific judge is in this case?

What are you doubting? That Romania wants to join the Schengen Area and that Romania doesn't want to be punished by the EU?

Then explain why the judge approved of the 30 days extension. And why would they risk losing money in the long-term, if they were to fake any evidence or to take his money? Don't forget that they want to join the Schengen Zone and don't want to be punished by the EU, so they can't engage in such things.

That's an official source. It's the Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism's website and they made the arrest and released an report on it. I will pm you the link then.

You have not read the report of the arrest then. It's human trafficking, rape, and creating an organized crime group. Do you want me to pm you the official report of the DIICOT, who made the arrest, as well as translations of it all?

10 to 20 years are being expected, if guilty on all charges.

He is still in jain. The judge approved the extra 30 days of detention.

What makes you assume that it isn't true? And incorrect, you're currently the only one that is speaking of the last time that has been raided, but not about the arrest on the 29th of December 2022.

You would know, if you would have read the report on his arrest, that there are 6 victims so far.

False accusations from who, for what reason and what is there to gain or to lose from this, if it is false?

He is in jail. The judge has approved of the 30 extra days in detention. The judge probably wouldn't have done that, if there was no sufficient evidence for any of the alleged crimes. Plus Andrew Tate is a flight risk, known for having destroyed evidence in the past and he could possibly try to intimidate whoever is involved.

Doubt that this is going to work this time. You should look into who the judge is in this case. And that Romania wants to join Schengen Area and has to fight off both corruption and organized crime to do so. And the fact that the EU could theoretically punish them, if they mess this up too much.

Have you read the report on his arrest yet?

Bro, do you even have any idea who the judge in this case is? Or what actual criminal lawyers are saying about this case, including romanian criminal lawyers?

How is money going to help him, when he is possibly facing 10 to 20 years of prison?

Good to know that you are seemingly a supporter of human traffickers, organized crimes and rape. I guess you better just hope that it will never have an effect on anyone around you that you care of- oh, hold on. You would also be powerless to do anything in that situation, wouldn't you be? Anyways. What exactly makes you so sure that he will get out of this?

Bro, Andre Tate himself has called out Logan Paul for doing his crypto-scams before. The argument “He has enough money and doesn't have to do this“ clearly doesn't work. Especially considering that people prefer to have even more money.

Proven to be false? No.

You must mean 6 (so far) then. And the judge probably wouldn’t have approved of the 30 day extension of the detention, if there wasn't any sufficient evidence around the alleged crimes. Then again, what would they even have to gain from lying, if he is their source of income?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
