I do like assertive qualities in men, such as argumentative behavior, as I very much like to debate myself. But I don't mind introversion, shyness, and the desire to be led. I'd like to be with someone competent, but submissive, I suppose. I actually find those submissive qualities quite attractive, both in a sexual and in a personality based sense.
