It doesn't matter what it is. McDonald's works. For 6 months, live on eggs, meat, and salads. Drink nothing but water. And Go to the Gym. You can do this at Planet Fitness for $10 a month. They have their 30 minute routine. Do that every day. Then, pick a usable light-medium weight, and do 50 wide grip cable pull downs, 100 chest flyes, and 50 bench press types of motions.
