Thanks, bud. I didn't know. In my state I know they can't but I looked it up and some states can,

Honestly I think she should be in assisted living. why? what kind of issues does she has? did you prove that in court?

I don't think lawyers can access court records like that. usually, those aren't public records. it depends on the state. but as far as I am aware, there isn't such a system. maybe she looked like something else.

What’s wrong with their divorce law?

It's absurd. Many men are suffering due to this clown world. I'm a high earner--300k-- and can't marry due to obvious reasons and due to religion can't hookup either. I'm so fing pissed why I have to suffer because of stupid laws made by other men. Why do liberal systems that oppose God have to mingle state with marriage that is mostly a religious decree if you remove the paltry tax benefits. This system is against my beliefs and I'd have moved overseas if any place even paid 1/10 the amount I'm…

get this done fast. If she consults a lawyer, you’re in for a serious bleeding. why?

Honestly, I was in a similar situation. Losing her extra income is also added to the formula. From a financial plan. it didn't look great. but I had a hope to find a better person who's genuine and would build the shit off and at least I am happy.

thankfully though my wife also agrees that these are dumb claims however this is a situation I'm dealing with on all sides at the moment. Don't trust that. my wife played the same game. while she was saying her family is stupid I realized she was the one fueling that crazy idea but played a double game. One word here!!! Protect yourself. finally spoke to one of her relatives Trust me it is a waste of time.

I gave her custody, trust me I wanted to fight it but she went full battle mode. I'm not exaggerating, she had installed hidden voice activated recorders in the house(I found while cleaning), when confronted she said it was for security(which ended up being a lie), she was trying to get me on tape talking about smoking pot. Which I do but never around the kids. She had me set up for a deposition, where they would ask me anything under oath that they could use against me later in court if it went…

Not sure if it is a good idea to DIY. I will let more experienced people answer that part.

She lied about her mental health diagnosis and based on the symptoms, and my response the therapist thinks she has BPD. I’ve pretty much been grey rocking it. But I have this question of was it the whole time? Who performed the mental health diagnosis? was it ordered by the court?

I actually have no idea and I am in the same boat pretty much. Now I am curious and want to know!!

Yes things are supposed to be 50/50, but don't end up that way.. I mean for ie, when my wife left, we had 20K paid off on the house. So she's dragged it out for the past 5 years.. I've been making payments, she has contributed 0, we filed within the first 6 months. I would not be surprised if she demands 50-100K simply because I've paid 60K of the mortgage and the home value has gone up. Has she contributed anything? Nope.. shit scary man

for ie if one is earning double or more then the other. That can really mess up the 50/50. how? in which way and tho who's advantage?

how did you pull this out? was she working? why she didn't get alimony? usually, this happens of someone cheats. did you buy the car and house before marriage? how did you do that man, I need some guidance.

So that night, I called my mom. I asked to borrow $3k to file for divorce. My heart dropped then I smiled.

This is key... My ex tried that, dropped $25k on a lawyer retainer (hoping that would cover all her lawyer fees) AFTER I filed then tried to say it was my debt (her name on card I was an authorized user). Her lawyer was livid when she found out that it I filed the paperwork the day before my ex made the charge. A couple weeks before I filed I removed her as an authorized user of all my cards so she couldn't make any charges on those... I told her I cancelled the cards when she asked why she coul…

Go live your best life. The world is limitless and time is limited. don't dwell on the past. Why is your divorce taking 2+ years?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
