Neither ended up being charged, she never mentioned texting him or coming on to him at all so the evidence was really exonerating. Apparently she had a boyfriend and either decided to set this guy up or got got cheating and threw the kid under the bus. She never had bruises or evidence of struggle but could tell the police where he had rope. I'm sure he would've been fucked if it weren't for the text messages.
