If it's true that the mother poisoned her children's minds, then I think the mother is responsible for the children's behavior. Then again, sending the mother to jail for contempt would have made the children resent their father even more. Perhaps the judge did the right thing. It's a tough call.

Where did he say no? Or, perhaps, we ignore the part where he said he just wanted to fuck anything. As a subscriber to this forum, where are there many threads about what constitutes rape, I have a really hard time believing that this man was raped. He wasn't incapacitated and he had the opportunity to say no. This person did not say no. He engaged in drugs and alcohol and was confused at the end of his experience. He wasn't raped.

I think the most disturbing aspect is now they have to register as sex offenders. I guess if you took a 4 year old out to a pasture, we should register the cows as sex offenders. If you have ever lived around cows, you know what I'm talking about, they're really horny animals. I think it would be different if they intentionally wanted the 4 year old to watch them. I thought it was that way. In general, a custodial parent can't receive state benefits without receiving child support. The only way around that is if the spouse is deceased. In that case, the benefits increase. At least that's my understanding of the system.
