Racism IS racism period. I'm going to community college for an associates in information technology. I chose the subject because I am interested in the subject. I am not going to sit there and ask "where are the black people" while getting taught because I want to simply learn. I sincerely hope, as a black man myself, to rarely if ever meet someone that only wants to hire or interact with me simply because I am black. It's gross man.

Reading that just makes me look off into the distance and ask "why?"

Philosophy doesn't discriminate. It is colorless.

When I was younger I used to watch NASCAR and IndyCar religiously but because of constant rule changes and madness, I eventually ended up watching only the the Talladega and Daytona races with the occasional bristol or road course for NASCAR and only the Indy 500. Lately now I have really been getting into Rallycross and Rallying in general. Those guys gotta be some of the most amazing drivers in the world.

I'm not that big a fan of it. I'm more of a mellow/cool jazz guy. Think of it like the music in Charlie Brown.

After a while I just ended up listening to jazz and a whole lot of French House and Future Funk. Fun thing about the latter two is that if you can find out the samples then you technically have two songs. Because of that I ended up finding a lot of stuff from other countries. Bossa nova and Latin jazz is so catchy.

Bruh I don't care if there is an oompa loompa and a care bear in that room, as long as they are having good ideas and implementing them that is all that matters.

For me I was more or less forced to be Baptist when I was a child. I gotta admit that I hated going to church mostly because it was boring and it seemed to go on forever. I did gain some morals from it(to be fair I also gained a lot of morals from PBS kids shows as a child too and still catch myself watching stuff like Arthur and George Shrinks haha). So in all honesty I wouldn't completely hate religion; I just don't care for the whole "just believe" thing because my ADHD brain has enough imagi…

Haha wish I did pursue the trades first but the past is the past so what ya gonna do? Glad I've got this figured now instead of 10 or 20 years down the road. Thanks man.

Never really been afraid of heights so that may be cool to think about while looking more into this. Thank you man.

Wow never even thought about that at all. I should definitely look into that because I honestly thought it was just get into the class and move on from there. Thanks for the info and heads up man.

Even though I'm more of a cat guy I love that dogs are more important than the other crap posted. Honestly, what is the point of twitter? Always seemed like a fancier form of Facebook....

Oooh I remember watching these britcoms when I was younger watching LPB. My favorites were "Last of the Summer Wine", "Allo Allo" and "Are You Being Served?". Probably the only black kid in town watching that stuff hahaha

Crazy thing is that US women barely have a league themselves. Last I remember they were playing the live games on the Lifetime channel in America. Haha really? Who watches sports on the Lifetime channel😂

Ugh them celebrating was justified for MAYBE less than half of the goals but after that high fives and move on.

I love soccer. From the lowest division in the USA to the highest. I watch various leagues from other countries because it is so interesting to watch. One day I want to be a coach/manager so the more I watch the better. But one thing I cannot truly get into is women's soccer. The pacing and excitement just isn't the same. When I was in college, we had a women's soccer team but no men's. Every time I saw them play I would always think "man this is ok but how cool would it be to have a mens team t…

The only female I can honestly say I laughed at on a consistent basis was Julia Louis Dreyfus and that was when she was on Seinfeld.

Very interesting read. Pretty nuts about the Yakuza thing but I'm happy there were no repercussions from that. I don't know if I could hitchhike but I guess everything you did was a big learning experience anyway.

Best if luck man. I'm rooting for you to be the best man that you can most definitely be.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
