Sweet, I tried one once at relatives of mine... I enjoy sleeping on the floor more than a bed so this is a perfect substitue... and thanks for all those great tips! it's surely helping me out

This is awesome! What are your thoughts on a Japanese bed? you know the ones that are low on the ground. I'm thinking of buying one of those because it's stylish and easy to roll out of.

I just started reading "the game" so far I've learned a few of the terms. I know some of you will say not to read it but I just find the book fascinating. It actually a book I want to read unlike Hamlet..

Amazing mate, this is really helping me out with this advice! and I like how you mentioned with chips that you aren't craving the corn but the salt and crunch instead. A friend of mine told me that sometimes when we get hungry it's in fact that we are thirsty. Only time will tell now.

I have a few friends that tell me yolk is like the anti christ because of fat and cholesterol.. I just laugh it off cause we all need that good fat and also I have a whole grain toast in the morning for those carbs :)

What my mom puts infront of me, she's been watching those fitness shows for years. Morning after I work out I'll have an omelette and yes I do have the yolk too. Lunch I have either fish or chicken or turkey with salad and only dressing is virgin olive oil and supper maybe a plate of vegetables with humus. In between meals little snacks like fruits or nuts.

What you said is what I'm basically going through right now. I met a girl I really like so I got so motivated. I watch what I eat and work out everyday doing 1hr cardio and gym later... I'm on the right train, I've lost 7 pounds this week.
