Oh I didn't know they were banned already. And yeah as nice as it seems to kick out their group, the burdon falls to the rest of the community now that they have no place to gather (on Reddit)
I don't gunk it was meant literally. I think his duck getting sucked was a reference to the media's portrayal of the incident and how he was hailed a hero for his actions
