…so I feel by your immediate passion and aggro there was a miscommunication with my last post. I’m a guy and I totally understand and sympathise with pursuing women for relationships and the challenges we have in doing so that most women will never recognise or appreciate. I was not saying that men shouldn’t cold approach because it’s wrong, but because the risks are too grave. In contexts outside of dating or romance when you talk to western women as a stranger they tend to take it poorly, or t…

You wouldn’t even need the boyfriend for this to be a bad idea for the average man. Anyone who encourages the general populace of men to cold approach at this point is deliberately ignoring how common and easy it is for a woman to already react defensively to a male stranger starting a conversation. Ask male waiters in bars/restaurants without a uniform how often women glare at them in the couple seconds between “hey there” and “can I get your order?”

The best man out of the last ten? And that’s not a high standard? I understand that saying it’s feasible or realistic to attain, But presuming your stats are accurate, being in the 90th percentile and being told it’s not a high standard is just gas lighting.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/25 06:54 PM

Need clarity on what exactly you think is toxic. I’m assuming you’re referring to some aspect or action of the man?

The fact that you said you have to change means loneliness is the default. I agree with you that applying yourself will change that, but if you come from being a woman and farming a bare minimum of social interactions just for existing and transition, you’re in for a lot of failure.

I have friends. If you transition FTM and feel lonely, then other men think you suck and you need to work on your personality. The complaints that FTM make is the difference in difficulty. Things like entering a bathroom by yourself, and no one, including people you might know, actively trying to communicate with you; people not smiling at you by default, or making you feel significant just for existing. Now they have to actually be interesting/useful/captivating, and they spent a life time with…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/24 02:00 PM

Shrugs I’ve witness women “signalling” at a man to the point the whole friend group insisted the man approach her only to be rebuffed because she wasn’t signalling. I’ve seen the opposite, where women insisted that having a normal, civilised, brief conversation while selling a coffee was flirting. I know one woman who insisted he should have noticed her flirting because she said “have a nice day” as she rung him up at the till with no sarcasm whatsoever. I differ to not engaging with the thought…

Side conversation but a women can smile in your general direction without it meaning it’s a signal. The same way she can glance or look at you and it’s just looking at you. The women at the register could be conducting good customer service, not flirting with you. And don’t get me wrong, I’m not attacking what you said just stating that women will say these are signals as and when it’s convenient to them and following them doesn’t mean anything more will it socially absolve you if you hit on a w…

At this point it’s clear you’re so wrapped up in your emotional argument to stop and actually read what I wrote. Either that or you just don’t understand how counting works. If your measuring intersex intercourse then you wouldn’t count homosexual/gay sexual encounters. That’s not a political stance, any more then looking at the average height of men is misogynistic because it “ignores women”. My original point is that you can’t BELIEVE that most women have little to no sex with different men, b…

My statement isn’t about what people allege for themselves, it’s literally about what you believe regarding heterosexual sex. If you believe most men have a super high N count with women, then mathematically women must have a high N count. That has nothing to do with what people claim their N count is, which I accept and agree they will lie about. See 1. My statement has nothing to do with sexual preference or orientation. Every time a man has sex with a new women, that women is having sex with …

He’s probably not wrong. No way in hell do I actually think for a second any of my female friends could actually handle a guy talk without being offended or making it emotional before logical. Doesn’t matter how long we’ve been friends.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/21 07:14 PM
1

This isn’t stats… it’s literally mathematics. I broke down mathematically why the total N count for heterosexual men and women HAS to be the same, so majority of men cannot have a high N count if the majority of women have a low N count. There is as much sex being had by men with women as women with men.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/21 04:40 PM
1

“A lot of men have significantly more” …significantly more than medium? So High? And by the maths I stated, why would you say men specifically, when the maths would prove that women must also have significantly more than medium for that to be true. It’s all your comment. “Most Men have N counts significantly higher than what I deem to be medium” Mathematically it makes no sense to distinguish men and women since it would have to be the same across the board, and it’s not true absolutely either.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/21 01:07 PM
1

…so if we agree, then your initial statement about it being difficult to find a man without a high body count makes no sense. Unless you also believe women generally have high body counts to match.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/21 12:48 PM
1

You’re missing the point completely. This is mathematics, not your personal relationship. women cannot have low N count and men have high N count. That makes no sense. With 10 men and 10 women in a group, where each women says they’ve only slept with 1 man, and one claims to have slept with 10 women, for both to be true, every other man in that circle is a virgin. Even if he only said 3 women, for all the women to allege to have only slept wi the 1 man, then at least 2 other men must be virgins.…
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/21 12:35 PM

Women say they have low N counts. Women say men have high N counts. How can a lot of men each have sex with a lot of women but women’s N count is low. You’re lying about your numbers or obvious in no way could a majority of men have high N counts. The proportion of men to women is not drastic enough for that.

Fair, so naturally when it’s a deal breaker, irrespective of who they did it for, it’s gonna be an issue if they don’t do it for you. So say it’s not a dealbreaker; say it’s just something that makes the relationship better for you. For me cooking. If I found out my partner shared in cooking in her previous relationships but refused to do it with me, I would take great exception to this, even though I wound NEED my partner to cook or be able to. So I take it you want him to wait and not try to rush to sex? What if he said - or more likely suggested - that he waited to broach the sex question because he didn’t feel as sexually attracted to you? I only ask because you said if he wants to have sex with you but doesn’t ask right away you saw it as lying… so if he says he’s not that interested in you and hence he’s willing to wait before saying anything, does that make you feel better?

Trying something is not the same as saying you were open to something. Whether sexual or not, if someone says “I went an opera but it felt boring to me and I never wanted to go again” to a partner and said partner feels betrayed because they never got to go with them to the Opera, then they clearly weren’t listening. OP infers the person in question was regularly doing something they now don’t do.

There’s an expectation for men to never have insecurities, no matter how ridiculous, yet there is always opportunity for women to lean into their insecurities, again no matter how ridiculous. To relate it to dating, men are expected to man up and make the first move, even in this era of women expecting men to know instinctively or psychically whether or not she’s actually into you, where approaching the wrong women on an off day can have repercussions that affect your livelihood or social status…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/21 05:53 PM

Exactly. I don’t actually think a majority of men are so insecure, or love the ambiguity so much that they are turn off by women who make a first move. But ladies come off desperate because they’re so bad at it.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/21 02:13 PM
2

I’m not complaining, I’m just saying girls are much cornier and awkward and weird for opening lines than men who have to survive through those skills from a young age, and shouldn’t make references about how men see women that make the first move, because it’s not tacky to try… you’re just absolutely garbage at it across the board. If women knew how to start conversations, they would be amazed at how successful they would be making the first move.

Lol yeah, which is natural and understandable… except it kind of isn’t. I’ve stumbled over my words because I’m flustered or nervous… didn’t exactly work out, lmao.

I agree with the shift in sensitivity regarding intersex relations. The dance and courtship had a lot more good faith. I won’t argue whether or not the good faith was warranted; maybe it’s actually safer for all parties that so many additional check and balances are in place; but I do take issue when people pretend it’s a simple task of approaching someone and just opening your mouth. It clearly isn’t.

It does matter if it’s lame as a man though. And I wouldn’t advise to catch ANYONE off guard as a tactic. That doesn’t disarm people, and I can 100% understand why the dude asked why. If you flipped the genders and the women came back a day later to say she felt coerced/threatened to give her number out of fear, you couldn’t argue against her. But again, this lack of nuance is what I’m referring to: women in general have no awareness of it, which is why their approach is deemed as “low value”. I…

Not being picky, doesn’t mean it was good. It means you’re being patient/considerate. And I’m not against you being so either. I’m more pointing out that women don’t get held to a standard of actually being… witty when approaching. And I’ve heard some opening lines from women that make me question if they’ve ever lead any conversation ever in their life, lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/21 11:24 AM
2

You also have to consider that women have horrible pick up lines across the board. They don’t have to do it so they are phenomenally bad at starting flirts and conversations with the opposite sex. It’s corny, awkward, and if done by a man would be liable to be creepy too. So the one in a billion women that has good conversation doesn’t come off automatically as low value.

No I’m not saying specifically wait until marriage. I’m saying when you have the conversation about one, you should be open to the other. Marriage is a sequence of progressive steps leading to the wedding day. Your sexual relationship can also progress in similar fashion how that progression breaks down is down to the two people in the relationship. My point is, if you don’t want to hear him talk about sex in your relationship, don’t talk about commitment. While you don’t have to have sex with h…

I’m equating when it’s appropriate to ask for what you want out of a relationship to when your partner requests what’s interesting to them. You can be in a long term relationship without a ring or any legal binding commitment just as long as you can without sex. I explained how to spot scamming women in the posts above. I literally mirrored the steps you outlined for women to vet creeps from their dating pool. Quipping that you deem the vetting process I spoke off unreliable or not accurate or s…

How fast is too fast to ask for sex? It’s the same amount of time. When you’re ready to hear sex on the table is the time it’s appropriate to ask for commitment. Easy concept to mirror. But please, keep insisting that shielding a few innocent women as collateral damage is more important than not ruining a man’s life by failing to get a gold digger or scam artist.

Regard how man CAN be creepy: Stalking and harassing are fair. Id compare that to women that try to sneak into your vip room or hotel room or backstage or whatever. It’s an obvious violation and if you stand for that then that’s a clear dangerous kink you have and you run the risk entertaining that. “Not taking no for an answer” is too subjective. When way too many childish women will openly say they like a man who takes what he wants, or that he should just know when she wants him to approach h…

You ask me how men would weed out fake women, but then said creepy guys are an obvious spot, then relented that no ones instincts are accurate. So basically, women can go off instinct because even when they have cases of being wrong, and labelling a guy a creep who actually wasn’t, they are right enough of the time to warrant it. It’s the same for men. Women who don’t mean you wrong aren’t savvy enough to dupe a man for the long con, they just usually don’t show the restraint and discipline to v…

Didn’t say majority either. You’re just reaching because you’re being sensitive. OP said betas can protect themselves by not marrying scammers. I reiterated that if a guy thinks he’s being scammed, OPs advice makes sense. Secondly, men can identify fake women the same way a women can identify a creep or “nice guy” from someone who is just being polite or civil. It’s not people. It’s people trying to scam you. And like I said, the man who is being scammed is targeted because he is seen as a beta and an easy mark, someone who won’t assert what he wants in a relationship and will be smitten enough to give in to her whims without little or no investment from her. What makes him a beta is agreeing to that. But if he identifies that’s what she is doing, and chooses to string her along, its no reference to his character. She was trying to hustle him and inste…

Hold on. Even if that was my point - which it wasn’t - how on earth would saying only Alphas get stable relationships puts the blame on women? If anything that logic would excuse women but putting the blame on the man being a beta. My actual point is very simple: if you do not see your future husband as a betabux mark, then he has no reason to be protective. Idc if you don’t believe in alpha or beta. Nothing you just said refers to anything I’ve categorically just expressed multiple times. If you’re so adamant about what you believe BetaBux means then ignore the term and deal only with the descriptor I gave. And once again, if you’re not tricking a beta for his money, or the women in question isn’t marking the man as a beta, then he isn’t the beta OP is referring to. The scenario specifically calls the man the betabux. He says if you are said beta, don’t marry. If you’re not hunting down a beta to prey on, then… don’t. If you’re good enough at communication and not a horrible person, then you’ll easily communicate this to you’re bf/future husband and they won’t see themselves as a beta and OP won’t even apply. Honestly I don’t even understand what you’re arguing here, other than the fact a beta shouldn’t refrain from marrying women that prey in him as a mark…

You make a lot of assumptions. The first one being that a simple straight forward “no” is the response most women normally give. The second is the notion that women aren’t above signalling that they are receptive to a chat or banter just to cause a scene. The third is that I don’t try to speak to women, or that I’m unfamiliar with talking to new people I’ve never met before to try and break the ice and build a rapport as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Sounds creepy. I’m nit accusing you of anything, but wait you’re constantly chatting up a ring-up girl at her job and teetering on the line of harassment, Or you are the ring-out lad who is chatting her up when she just wants to pay for her weekly groceries. I’m not saying either scenario CANT work, but I’m saying if you’re not incredibly handsome there is no modern women alive who will even take your cold approach in good faith.

If the women was genuinely settling down for a partner that she loved and was attracted to, then the man in question isn’t the beta shes attempting to hustle resources from. And in that regards it would be a healthy relationship. If he is the beta and she is attempting to hustle him, I don’t see a reason to care about how she feels… just find another mark.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/21 09:01 PM

I would assume to be around the bucks they are stringing the beta along for? If the man is in fact the beta than the women in question is only procuring him for resources, so keeping her out of reach of those isn’t a mean thing to do when both parties are playing the long con.

But again. Men don’t pretend they don’t give a high importance to attraction. And I don’t know you, but you sharing interests with them wouldn’t count against you, but it won’t help if he doesn’t find you attractive, or you don’t present in a way that visually stimulates him. What I can say about male wants is we are very defeatist for most of the things we want in women. Men will have sex with, date and marry women that don’t meet their wants mainly because we realistically accept you will never be/bother to be/interested to be what we want, but it’s not the end of the world if you aren’t that. Most men would love to share their actually interests organically with their partner, and have the same sense of humour and relate on certain quirks. But you rarely ever do. …

I don’t look to protect women. I’m just thinking results orientated. If all I want to do is have sex, and a girl is willing to do so providing we both pretend that ISNT what I came to speak to her about then whatever. If I want to have principled engagements with women where I say what I mean come-what-may, then I will do that. I get what your positions is and I endorse it. I don’t think women are good or nice. And I completely understand what you mean about the facade. I’m saying that they majority think they deserve to be treated like royalty even though they are in average the same mediocre POS that everyone else is. You’re right - they are not the Disney princesses they claim to be, but do honestly believe they should be treated as such as a God-given right to being female. So the offence can be genuine as much as them acting on code.

Women complain about men not “taking the initiative” after saying no or pulling away. I’ve heard that personally so many times, where a girl will text me and say “why didn’t you stay the night” after she point blank told me she wasn’t interested. If your bold and they decide they don’t like you this will backfire. Women are not gracious enough to be reasonable if they don’t instantly find you super attractive. Report numbers of sexual partners in a market place where women depreciate and men over appreciate their respective N count being balanced would suggest in truth they are not balanced and a lot more women are having sex with the same men.

Logically as a man I agree with you. Statistically speaking - I wonder how many baby mothers are actually their baby-daddy’s first. I’d bet that women who get pregnant from a situationship tend to go for a man who already got another women pregnant in a situation-ship than a man who hasn’t yet. Also, while it’s true social media and society at large doesn’t stigmatise men who are promiscuous, neither society nor social media forces women to find them attractive or pursue them, yet they do and wi…

From a male perspective, there is a difference between women you would sleep with and women you would pursue. Yes, technically there are a lot of women we would be comfortable sleeping with, but a plethora come with ALOT of conditions, most commonly being she would to be the one seducing us. The guys in your DMs trying to grasp at your attention, or trying to woo you on dates are not seeing you in the same way as the girl he will happily ignore for all eternity even though if she stripped naked …

I know you probably weren’t being deliberate but hopefully you can see why your response is gaslighting. No matter where you met him. You met him as a 5’10 man with the build of a Rugby player. You didn’t first lay eyes on “a nerd”. You met a Clark Kent, lol.

It’s not about being a stay at home wife. It’s the fact that the husband will typically earn more because women tend to form ltr with men who earn more than them. Since the women earns less, that means the average earning per person will go down for the man when he gets married, but up for the women and typically substantially so. It’s technically easier for the man to survive financially without his wife so she is as the first poster said, a burden.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/11/21 12:57 PM

That is completely the average arrangement. The average arrangement for any married man is he has an additional mouth to feed, fundamentally. That doesn’t mean they’re all super rich and can manage it easily, but if you took their wives out of their lives just from a purely financial basis, and looked at costs of upkeep, mortgage - where did he live because he had a wife and kids compared to where he would live just to suit himself etc. - way less debt and financial maintenance needed.

I’m pretty sure TRP almost exclusive blames men for their success/failure with women. To the point where it crosses gas lighting the notion that any man can get a 10/10 women he just needs to wear a clean cashier and have enough game. FDS is only from a women’s perspective. It’s very likely (and typically the case) that the things you pore effort into as a women mean nothing to the men your trying to attract, and they in turn see no value in you. That doesn’t mean you’re valueless, but a man has the right to not give a flying fuck about whatever attribute or forte you’re offering.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/11/21 12:24 AM

Free food means one less meal you have to actually pay for by yourself, which has nothing to do with the presence of a famine. Women don’t dress up for men, they dress up for themselves. In this particular case, to get free food. So yeah, actually loads of women would take dates they know will go no where for guaranteed free nice meal. It would take integrity, not inconvenience to deter that. Foodie calls are very convenient for women.

Mainly because the women who will allow you to be human with emotions and the ones that can’t handle it will both say that they can handle it and want you to be free. Basically the same reference for women and weeding out creeps from the nice guys. The problematic among you will never admit it and will continue to gas light until they are exposed or called out. But that doesn’t give credence to pretend that there aren’t problematic women who instinctive use a mans emotions against him.

Your mixing shyness with passiveness. I’m not calling women the fairer sex or challenging how dominant or forward you are when expressing yourself. Women will judge an idea or option freely. Yeah this wasn’t a “women are inferior” point. Men typically do not class their female friends or partners as having engaging characters. They don’t see them as the ones to broach a conversation or activity. They are typically passive and expectant in the relationship and lean on the male to set the activity or conversation and entertain them. Most men do not have the seem expectation of their gf/wives character as they do from their male friends. I’m not saying women objectively aren’t funny or…

That’s fair. On the flip side, if it ever wasn’t theoretical for you, the guy would be the one that came off as the creep/predator/rapist, so the fear of it might not be as compelling to you as the incels you referenced. No - women generally just can’t tell the difference. Their view and expectation of men is about the same as a dog or a robotic sentry. You have no right to feel emotional pain or vulnerability about anything. I didn’t say any of that. The OP connotation could also reasonably be taken from the context of Western Society specifically. No one has discredited your experience.
