1	The truth behind getting good at pickup One thing that helped me with the transition is to embrace the pain. Don't run from it with more techniques, self-talk, etc... . That in itself is a form of escape. Once you confront it and let it passes through you, it will never hurt you again. I'd say develop your emotional intelligence. This is a core skill that will help you improve all parts of your life including women. 90% of tackling challenges and accomplishing goals will be dependent on how you control your own emotions and recognize signals in others that indicate their emotional states which allow you to adjust your tactics naturally.
