1	[height]short men, how do you deal with height insecurities and how do you(if at all) the serious disadvantage of being short I guess you wouldn’t know the real world percentage unless you’re out there experiencing it, right? Depression, grief, self loathing, other negative feelings, they’re all exactly that: a spiral. 4	[height]short men, how do you deal with height insecurities and how do you(if at all) the serious disadvantage of being short I’m not a hair over 5’6 and I used to be massively insecure about my height so I feel pretty qualified to comment here. Like many other insecurities that stem from appearance (physical deformities, below average looks, etc.) there is little you can do to change your height. For years I struggled with talking to girls and a lot of that was caused by a lack of self confidence due to my short stature. Getting over that insecurity was not an overnight thing.
