That time of reflection and taking stock is going to pay you back in dividends. Wish more guys woke up like that before marriage.

Had the most incredible women in the world, still decided I had to follow my own path.

You know who you are. Despite your current situation, you are still that man with all those achievements in life. You know just how strong you are. You’ll be able to call on that strength again, I promise. It won’t fail you. Good luck man, keep pushing, and I’m looking forward to reading your incredible update in a few months time.

Kettlebell will heal your body and turn your will to iron.

You try those poses. Takes years to perfect, no different than a boxer, a gymnast, or a linebacker. I recommend you get over your red pill rage. Best of luck

Great question. I struggle with this a lot myself. I do various things to keep myself disciplined (like all of the above), but also little things when working, like setting a timer followed by a reward for completing a certain amount of focused time. I also do vows of silence at least one day a month, this is a really useful tool and hard to do. I’m about to start looking into a dopamine detox, which should help wire my brain to get dopamine from important tasks, instead of ‘junk food’ tasks. Mo…

Great to see posts like this on this sub, and these cool replies. Here’s some of my own and some of my philosophy on hobbies (although I never liked the term hobby, it makes it sounds like little time wasters for the sake of dopamine hits, when in truth they are life-affirming acts that deserve more importance in ones life). I’ll start with doing a combat sport alongside a more casual sport (I.e. boxing + bouldering, or jiu-jitsu + kettlebell). Mix these sports up a ton, try many many sports. On…

Thanks for that update. That’s really a shame. No one bothered to make a repository of all his content (or all important Mgtow content in general) ?

Well said, couldn’t agree more, and is a much more effective and moral strategy

Acts of violent coercion are exactly opposite of mgtow philosophy. Not only is it pointless, unethical, and fucking idiotic, but that’s the shit that puts a bad look on this sub. There’s better ways to punish those girls and get justice for the boy, but get out of here with the whipping shit. No one deserves whippings, or getting kicked in the balls. Go your own way

Hey from a professional artist. Awesome that you’re looking to improve, welcome to a powerful journey. I have a ton to say obviously, look for a podcast in the near future, but I’ll leave you with some practical tips per your question. For extremely rapid improvement, always look to drawing from life. Bring a sketchbook everywhere you go, and do long and short sketches anytime something catches your eye. Try to capture reality. And don’t shy away from any subjects; you can get just as much out o…

Highly recommend Vanguard if you can, max Roth IRA with a VTSAX and the rest in low-risk index funds, I like VOO which tracks S&P500. Good on you for starting, have faith in the beautiful side of human greed (markets rising).

I’m in the US. The dichotomy I see is black Americans and African Americans. In my experience, black Americans fit your description. However, I’ve been friends with and dated quite a few first and second generation African Americans (my last girlfriend is from Uganda, other girls include Kenya, Liberia, Rwanda) and i’d say they’re some very awesome humans- strong families, real values, genuinely caring, grateful, in-tact and responsible families, strong fathers, etc. Great experiences meeting th…

Great read, I whole heartedly agree that your superb writing abilities will take you places if you keep elevating them and working hard to build that skill-set, sentence by sentence. Don’t ever kowtow to the expectations or deficiencies of others, fuck ‘job security’, and keep on your current path with absolute and relentless rigor. Keep us posted, of all the posts I’ve read this month, yours makes me believe that you’re going farther than any of the others. Hope to hear more of your progress.

A black pill is a truth of reality that is so dark that most people lack the stoicism, conscientiousness, and fortitude to comprehend. People weren’t made for truth, it would crush them. All of us included to various degrees.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
