I think what most people forget is that TRP is not a guide to anything but a toolbox. A toolbox that allows you to take what you need when you need it. I won't always need a screwdriver from a toolbox just like you don't always need to plate. What I'm trying to say is, use TRP to your own agenda.

Well, the way it actually works is. You can't be held back but they can fail you for that specific class and you have to repeat that class in either Night School or Summer School or the next year. So for example failing grade 9 math, and having to do grade 9 math whilst in grade 10.
