Partially agree, though some friend groups stay so isolated that the same things occur in their mannerisms. Still a form of isolation, emulating the tribe members only, etc. Best course I've seen is either by carefully widening the friend circle to increase diversity, or going to social places to learn by diffusion. In the solo realm, time at bars or venues or clubs, with some minimal effort to fit in apparel-wise, can help. Tagging along with family, depending on the family, can help as well. C…

In principle, no, you shouldn't accept this kind of behavior from anyone - and especially not from your life partner. It's clear you're both upset about it, and I'd say your sentiments are rational. However, you've already made your choice, so future choices need to mindful of that. I would say your best course of action is to calmly (and I mean calmly - might take time to cool off) discuss this with her. Express how important it was to you, and how you felt as a result. You are still responsibl…

Ah the classic true Scotsman fallacy. No such thing as a "real man". Another man has no business saying such things either.

Men having rights doesn't mean women don't get rights. Women having rights doesn't mean men don't get rights. Men and women are not equal; we simply strive for equity.

The fact your reaction to my joke got downvoted is exactly why this community is shit. Women aren't a lesser gender, but it sure seems like a popular idea here.

Eventually I want to start a family, but what if something happens That's why you need to choose wisely, unlike OP and the incel army in this sub. Few men are willing to take responsibility for their actions, let alone think with the head above the waist.

She'll buy you a beer with my money if your prediction pans out. I might be just cuck enough for this to end with me in the gutter.

Points for saying this with a sense of humor. My point of course was that a father figure is vital for successful childhoods. If I married any other woman, I'd be in agreement. That's just my detestable "unicorn" attitude showing, though. For being so against women and marriage, the misogynist/incel attitude always struck me as a trait women should exhibit. Admitting defeat by the lesser gender sure showcases our strength...

My dad was in this situation. My siblings chose the neglect and borderline personality disorder of my mother. I chose to live with dad with some occasional anger issues.Twenty years later, they're now single parents with middle school educations and mental health issues. I got married this week, own two homes, own my car, and make six figures. Do everything you can for them. Don't be a divisive parent, even if your ex is. It will be hard, but there will be successes along with the failures. I'm …

He should find a partner who wants a baby. Everyone here can't stop hating long enough to put some responsibility on the male. It's not his body that gets to host the parasite for nine months and possibly die. The only potential parasite he has to worry about are his potential partners.

they KNOW deep down in their hearts that they would be MUCH happier as a stay at home mom and wife This is the weakest argument I've ever seen. May as well try: You KNOW the Bible is true

A wave is but a multitude of drops, but is a wave of plate spinners specific or intriguing to females? It's ironic that "playerism" is deemed the norm for our gender where it's so common among both genders. Will behaving in a "stereotypical" manner do much to sway minds? I might instead focus on -why- plate spinning is of greater interest than an LTR, even with dishware. Perhaps engaging ideologically could have a greater influence, whether by quantity or quality. Ought we discuss loudly with th…

"No matter how hot she is, someone, somewhere, is sick of her shit!" and "If it's got tits or tires, it'll give you trouble!" Two axioms from my dad, both relevant here. Sick car man! I prefer gigahertz to horsepower, but with kids, alimony, and child support, neither are all that possible along with happiness! Edit: word

Wait... what? Let's not forget that, despite the fucked up gender dynamics, that women are still people. You should be equally as worried about spreading STI's as you are about getting someone pregnant. Get a friend with benefits, provided you can get friends.

Denial. Masochism. Dark humor. I believe these all play a role in coping with a sense of hopelessness. Instead of enlighten their significant other to some of the eureka moments of MGTOW to mutually approach the issue of gynocentrism, despite the insurmountable inequalities between the genders, men who joke while bowing are simply compartmentalizing their minds in cowardice.

How surprising is it really that we're the only ones proud of our accomplishments and not complacent with our fat ass and vanity set? If it weren't for selfish genes, we'd be extinct.

Wow, holding him hostage? Did she extort his password with some rope, a chair, and a blade? This stupid bitch could lose her kid(s?) over this, and with rationale like that maybe she should. In any case, law enforcement needs to be involved.
