Wow, you're full of stereo types aren't you? Of course I don't believe that shit. Also I'm not going to explain the last 4 years of my fucking career to you.

Yes I did suck at negotiating. I'm not saying that I'm completely in the right. You can believe whatever you want. That is your right. All I can do is tell you my personal experience. I was grossly uniformed and that's my own fault.

Lol you're just upset because I have a real example and you are unable to see anything that doesn't align with what you 'know'. I wasn't in a union, and I didn't even know I could report this until now. I knew there were law saying they can't discriminate against me because of gender but I had no idea until now that there are laws in place about equal pay. I just left a job a week ago where I was doing the exact same job as the 3 men on my team and I made 20k less than all of them. I would argue that I had more responsibilities than them and more knowledge but that's beside the point. We all had the same job description except I…

I know this is unpopular but I have first hand experience with the wage gap. I just left a job a week ago where I was doing the exact same job as the 3 men on my team and I made 20k less than all of them. I would argue that I had more responsibilities than them and more knowledge but that's beside the point. We all had the same job description except I was paid significantly less. I brought it up with HR and everything and they basically said too bad so sad. So I left.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
