There is very little I'm against- provided there is consent. The issue with circumcision is not the procedure, but the fact that 9 times out of 10, no male is asked for permission for it to be performed on them, its a not-medically necessary procedure performed on baby boys and those assigned male at birth without their consent. Yikes dude, A good majority of women and men won't even recognize a trans person in the workplace. Entitlement due to gender does not megically get fixed by introducing trans people into the mix, most trans people in the workplace are indistinguishable from the gender they identify as.
