I really like taking a walk. There's a couple reasons. First off, I love walking myself. Then there's lots of opportunities for kino (hand on her back, take her hand to run across the street, easier in general because she's besides you, etc). It's not awkward if there are silences because you're both just walking, enjoying the walk, and not facing each other. Well, I certainly applaud anyone wanting to do a hundred pushups, but take it from this old gym rat, I've spent my entire adult life in the gym, and a program like this one can do more harm than good. It sure does for me. By the time you meet her, you know them already and you know that they are probably at least a little interested. If anything, the "online AA" would have to be with messaging, but that's not really a thing. It's so easy to message a profile / a picture.

Well of course this is Quebec, it's going to be a little harder than in English speaking places. What I meant by that was that the chances that someone will respond well to English are a lot better than in the rest of Quebec. Montrealers are most likely used to all the different cultures and the high amount of anglophones there. I suppose you could even learn a few cheesy things or basic introductions in French and use that as a opener, trying to practice French, etc. The heavily accented French…

I'm a Quebecer, and my opinion on this is that you'll have no problem in Montreal (depending on the venue I suppose), but it might be a little harder in Quebec City.
