I appreciate that criticism. I don't agree that it was onanistic, but I do agree a step by step process of what I did to get rid of the bitch tits would be more helpful and less seeking validation. I'll put a post together on that topic.

The kind of people I lead and interact with daily are the kind of people you build fences to keep out. The place I love and raise my family in is the kind of place that makes you harder, makes you tougher. Go back to your nice little house in your safe little suburb with your "net worth" bullshit and pretend you're a man because you eat keto.

That's probably true. But I'm pretty sure my progress has been consistent. Not flawless, but consistent improvement in almost all areas of life. Especially compared to 1 year ago.

Cooks me breakfast every morning when I get back from workouts. Sex when not shark week every 2-3 days and good quality. Honestly, I am beyond keeping track of that. I have alot of hobbies and friends, go out with friends 2 or 3 times a week. So when I want to, we do it. I have room to improve. Its just amazing what they say/do when they are allowed.

That's why I consistently follow your counsel. Any strategic leader knows a good, timely retreat is as effective as a good, timely assault. Using Alpha on a periodically teeming woman is the equivalent of Picketts charge at Gettysburg. Gallant, courageous, No Fucks Given and yet, ultimately worthless, or worse, directly leading to the end of the war. Sun Tzu and Machiavelli would both counsel to use Alpha and Beta as necessary to achieve the ends which accomplish your goals.

All these comments affirming your decision to divorce? All I see is a guy who sees himself as more Alpha then his wife sees him. If she won't follow, it's your fault, not hers. Anything else is just BB nonsense.

Unfixable implies that you aren't Alpha enough to get her to want to fix herself. That's the whole point of MRP. Women will do ANYTHING for a true Alpha, including stop the crazy.

I got down to 240 after I was done playing. Then stayed between 240 and 260 until our 2nd kid was born. I climbed to 280 and then after our 3rd, it just spiraled. I stopped exercising. I stopped watching what I put in my body. I drank way too much beer and made excuses about why I couldn't work out. I got comfortable in my relationship with my wife. And in some ways it was good because I needed to break away from being that guy who was banging other girls on the side. I needed to return to Chris…

Financially, she is in control of monthly budget, though I am in control of long term retirement/investing. I have begun inserting myself more into budgeting. Still lose frame on occassion, especially if I drink too much around her period. Haven't gotten all I want from her sexually(anal). But she has never done it and I haven't earned the right yet to have it from her. More work needs to be done.

I noticed in the past I would do that a lot. Maybe it was a hunblebrag, I am not sure. I think I was trying to show how ugly it had gotten. When my wife met me I was 240lbs with sub 12% bf. If I can fall this hard, anyone can.

I have a long way to go. People compliment me and my internal response has been, "I'm getting there." Plus, I know how quickly I could revert if I lose my edge. Also, I don't miss workouts. Been going 3 days a week at 6am. Missed 1 since starting. Strength Training+Crossfit combo program. And I workout in a sweatshirt to maximize calorie burn. And I try to push myself to break every single time I train. I don't know what else to say.

It helps that I played footbAll in college and as of 5 years ago, could bench 275. Muscles don't lose their nuclei when they lose strength so if you were strong before, it's easier to be strong again. I just trying to eat food I could get from the ground or tree. Fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, etc. Macros are too much for me at this point, with 4 kids and everything else. Just having discipline putting down the fork and cutting back beer.

Actually, NT says divorce is completely acceptable in cases of adultery. Catholic Church will annul a marriage broken up by cheating. But honestly, this guys problems are way bigger then just a single act of infidelity.

I think you can do better then a married 40 year old. If you've been RPing for 2 years, this seems like settling. Plus you and her are having to scurry around to different places because you are worried about getting caught. Doesn't seem like the masculine model MRP puts forward.

Yes, I have always been tall, big, successful in school, intellectually curious. One of the shocking things about this site is how few people read. Reading is something I have always done. Not that all beta traits are negative, but I was embracing a certain passivism in my physical and home life, finding myself becoming emotionally unstable, those are the negative traits that manifested themselves the most over the past 4 to 5 years.

If she's not begging for your attention and wanting you to talk to her more, that means she probably already met Chad. I was in an LDR with my gf (current wife) for 1.5 years. I have email after email, begging me to talk to her more, wanting me to call her, getting angry when I wouldn't call, etc. She had a couple of beta orbiters, but I knew I was alpha to her. If she isn't wanting more of you, that's a bad sign.

It's been easier because it's really only been 4 years of real beta, especially in terms of weight gain and lack of fitness. It's been about returning to the kind of man I was in the first 5 years of our relationship.

Not really complicated. Set up a joint calendar through our gmail with color coded events. Mine in Red, hers in blue, joint in purple, family in green, etc. We can both add events, but can only remove events we added. Being spontaneous was never my issue. Being planned and organized was. This has helped me a ton in my own life.
