2	Confidence is not "She will like me." Confidence is "I'll be fine whether she likes me or not." Okay so, your definition of confidence really makes sense. I mean, it's in the dictionary! However every word has its nuances that might not be exactly clear from their dictionary definition, it's dry and stale after all. The word confidence is used for so often from different perspectives, and that changes it. Kind of like the word 'literally'. So I feel there is more to it than that. You could see yourself as a total loser and still be confident. Especially when I walk into an important meeting this kind of thinking works for me.
