r/GenderCritical really is one of the worst shitshows on this whole website. Not only is every member violently sexist against men, their hatred of men goes so deep as to include trans women because in their minds, anyone born "male" is inherently evil and will never change. At this point I have to wonder, why even live as a man? All of society is stacked against you from birth and the only reason for anyone to care about you is for the resources you provide... Not to be cynical, but this really is nothing more than virtue signalling. As some other commenters have already pointed out, body positivity simply doesn't and won't exist for men because most women already think their standards for men are so low and that men's standards for then are so unrealistically high.

Because when you half-ass it, you live and can try again. Yes, I'm bitter, and yes, I realize that not all depressed women who attempt suicide do it for attention, but the ones that do make suicide seem like it's a societal issue, and not a predominantly male issue. It is, as the vast majority of deaths by suicide are men. The fact that men choose more lethal methods needs to be looked into more as well.

I agree with the point of the post, but you said that women are more agreeable than men. Isn't that kind of a huge generalization? Personally, I've always had an easier time understanding and feeling understood by men than women, so I think it's wrong to say that any one gender is more agreeable since it depends on personal experience.

But that's actually just not the case, as I just said. There are good feminists out there that actually do care about the men in their lives, and will fight for our rights. While they do need to speak up more against the men-hating feminist extremists, isn't it just a little shitty to deny all attempts on their part to reach out? We need to accept outside help if we're ever going to make any progress for our cause.
