Same happened to me at my tuitions, I was preparing myself to ask out this girl(I am pretty new to this seduction and pick ups and what not) so I was taking it one step at a time and documenting amd reviewing the feedback she gave me , and now boom tuitions cancelled I can't even see her anymore. Fuck this shit man.

A small tip, let her speak as long as she want too, people usually want to talk about themselves in almost all social settings, people like people that make them feel valued, listen to them , make them feel good about themselves, try to keep compliments to only sincere ones, if she looks good and you say it she will see you in a positive light since she already knows how she looks, no fake compliments.

Not a female but this applies to females too!!! Honestly if we all just took relationships and love a little lightly, we would all benefit with chill people having less social anxiety and more confidence and story sharing capacity ever than before. It's a win-win. I don't see why people would not like this mentality. "The subtle art of not giving a fuck" by Mark Manson also illuminates facts about abundance in all other areas of life too.

I don't think meditation is used to "let go" of emotions or feelings instead it's more like watching them as they come and go. It's more of "letting it be" than "letting it go" because when you let someone "come" they eventually "go". it's called nature of impermanence

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
