Nah that may create unnecessary work. No matter what you do, if you change the position after you are done, the next person might need to undo that action meaning what you did was pointless. The most efficient thing to do is to leave it.
I assumed the many reasons were so obvious that I didn't have to point them out but yes, difficulty reproducing, loss of ability to have sex and any of the positive aspects of sexuality that wouldn't be possible without a dick, the psychological trauma from that and the actual mutilation, the shame and judgement by other people, all of that vs. losing a finger which would be much less traumatic.
