Yeah this sub is pretty much just hating on women. Sometimes they mask it with 'oh well she slightly nudged the guy so she deserved to have her face bashed in with a hammer, stupid bitch' but a lot of the time it's more like 'lolz women think they deserve equal rights, lolz all women are so stupid, lolz this woman rejected a ma so she is a frigid cunt'. I've seen maybe a handful of post in several months that actually fit the 'purpose' of this sub.

I would guess you don't know much about bipolar then. Sure people with bipolar are usually able to live at least a semi normal life, especially with therapy and medication, but her lawyers are claiming she was in a hyper manic phase. Someone with hyper mania, especially a really bad case, actually would have a great deal of difficulty rationally understanding the consequence of their actions. You mentioned people with schizophrenia thinking their cereal is conspiring against them. Someone with f…

The article says her lawyers claim she was in a hyper manic state because of her bipolar and hyper mania can actually share a few symptoms with schizophrenia. I don't know if her illness was actually bad enough to excuse her crimes though, the courts seemed to think there was enough evidence to at least look into it so we will see.

I agree 100% that there are false rape allegation and that is an issue both to real victims and those falsely accused. But I've never seen a valid study that showed false rape accusation accord more than any other false accusation for different crimes. Legally regret is not rape. You could say that Suzy had sex with Tim willingly and accused him of rape, lying to say he forced her into sex and the police believed her, gathered evidence and arrested Tim. It is incorrect to say that Suzy can walk …

Uh no rape had about 300 reports for every 1000 rapes while the other two had about 600. Rape then had only 6 be convicted.

Alfredo usually https://www.rainn.org/statistics/criminal-justice-system And before anyone goes off on RAINN they are very involved in advocating for male victims and their official position is against the controversial rape culture subject that everyone gets so huffy about. EDIT: a word

https://www.google.ca/amp/www.cbc.ca/amp/1.3527320?client=safari Here's more context. The boys were 17&15 and not her students, so only one was below age of consent. The speak is because they are claiming she was significantly mentally ill. I don't think female pedos should get lighter sentences but it looks like the case isn't completely cut and dry, not long ago neither of them would have been considered underage.

That is 100% not what the law says. Even IF we lived in a totally different world where a majority of rape accusations was because of regret only 3% of rape cases are properly convicted so97% if the accused rapists would go free.

Pleading guilty would mean he thinks he's guilty and no contest means he isn't disputing that he is guilty. He probably used the Alford plea because he does not consider himself guilty. If the judge thought he wasn't guilty he could have just dismissed the case, if the prosecutor didn't think he was guilty then he wouldn't have filed charges. They clearly both thought there was enough evidence of his guilt. They allowed him to use the plea because 1. It saves the money and hassle of going throug…

Anyone can use a Alford plea it doesn't mean that he isn't guilty in fact it means he admits there is enough evidence to find him guilty b

Legally speaking you only have the right to defend until you are safe. If someone tries to mug you and you push them and run, your in the clear, if you put them in a choke hold and break their neck you can be charged. That doesn't mean the mugger didn't do anything illegal just that so did you.

Totally agree. Subbed to see actual cases of pussy passes being denied and now I hardly click on anything at all. Pretty much nothing that comes in my feed is someone pulling the woman card, it is just a woman being an asshole. It's like if I took a video of trump and said he was only acting like that cause he's a man.

WTF shes not any of those 'raped more often' races, like maybe mixed race, why does that have anything to do with what she's saying?

That's dumb. My previous two jobs did it by whoever was the strongest (and also considering who had done it last). At my last one it meant it was sometimes a guy, sure, but one of the guys that worked was super scrawny and the other was pretty over weight so a lot of the times they were not the strongest. I'd say myself and the guy that went to the gym a lot did most of the heavy lifting.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
