The true issue I believe is the one less talked about. Special programs where females are entering have a far higher dropout rate for women then men. (Loose figures here) Ranger school has a 60% drop out rate for men versus over 90% for women, even after the woman received an insane amount of extra training before attending ranger school. You know what it costs to train students? A lot of money. A lot of resources. And a lot of time. Investing so much for such a high burnout is a waste of all of…

Out of general curiosity (not a baited question), what physical labor is required by your position on an average basis?

That being equal yet different comes with some inherent imbalances. Biology and evolution trump fairness. Men were made for infantry.

She thinks a trans-woman should not compete in women's MMA due to their physical advantages. Even if she's wrong, which I highly doubt, that does not make her transphobic.

She definitely has the most exposure of all current fighters in the UFC. Between UFC 157, 170, 184, and 190 (the fights where her bout was the main event) Rousey has brought in 2.3M PPV buys. Mendez has brought in 1.22M (one of his fights was canceled but he'd have to break their PPV buys record for that to surpass Rouseys.) Jones is at 4.14M. But he was stripped of his title and removed from the rankings after he got arrested for felony hit-and-run. He also has had title fights for at least two…

Bill Gates isn't a billionaire playboy. Bruce Wayne is. Granted OP didn't mention playboy but it's sorta one of Bruce's public personas.

I disagree with his assessment completely but please don't downvote someone simply because you disagree. That discourages open discussion. While upvoting might mean "I agree", downvoting does not mean "I disagree." @thesilentchief, thank you for posting. I think you find most people disagree with your assessment but I appreciate you having the discussion.

Find something to rally behind. Not stupid Facebook posts. Idiots will always post stuff to Facebook but for a lot of people, that image is completely accurate. "To defend everything is to defend nothing." -Frederick the Great Stop chasing everything that upsets you on such a minute basis. It makes someone for gender equality appear biased, extremely so. And when you finally have a valid point, no one will listen because you cried wolf one too many times.

You have no concept on my view of women, men, or gender equality. You're upset that I do not immediately retort to antics. I'm sorry that intelligent discussion is not something you enjoy participating in with regards to fairness amongst the sexes. You should leave this topic or this subreddit if you feel you cannot contribute to the discussion(s). Also, if you think someone cannot disagree with you while still appreciating other things you've done, I'm sorry. More to the point, if you don't want your service to be mentioned positively or negatively, I'd encourage you to avoid mentioning it in the future.
