We don't know how severe the abuse was. And transmission of images is an easy crime to prove in and of it's self. I guess it comes down to what kind of conviction the prosecutor thinks they can actually secure.

I love that either way she answers that question shes screwed. If she says she doesn't have a father she's just invalidated her entire ideology by showing that it's stemming from her daddy issues. If she says she has a good dad that she loves, she's just invalidated the statement "kill all men".
