3	Big guy advice Congrats on the weight loss man. I started at 370 in February and I’m currently at 285. My best advice is always work on your appearance. Stay well groomed and try to find clothes that are nice and fit you well. You can’t be large and look like a slob, girls will always look past you if you don’t look the part.
