If you work at a niche Boutique IB as I do, you will get a lot more trust me. However I also started at a Bulge Bracket too! I work in healthcare coverage and I got that bonus during Covid. I advised a lot big pharma companies. Our Practice leaders easily makes about 2-3 mn per year.
