I'm part of a lot of lgbt and wlw subs and all of them seem to actually find my username funny, and in case it wasn't clear, im a girl myself. Bi leaning towards girls, simply because they're not as awful as men. Oh and about the power thing? Yeah i agree with that. You wanna hear something worse? The mods for r/Pakistan, the only sub for my country, dug into my comment history (and i got a lot of comments cuz i aint got life), found a comment i made against the oppression of non muslims in the country. I've made other comments on r/exmemes so I know it wasn't an autotrigger. It was that specific comment made a couple weeks earlier, that was cited as the reason for my ban. Imagine how much of a snoop those mods are!

Thanks. I would still find a balance if i were you. I've had 2 jobs as of yet, but I've made them last at least 1.5 years so it doesn't look like im skipping from place to place like a butterfly. Switching too many times may show employers you're unreliable for the long term. I'm 21 too, so 1.5 years is such a long time for us. Meanwhile older people take 5-10 years to switch because that's a long time for them.

Basically: where i started, i kept leveling up until the level above me was the owner. They couldn't keep paying me double the salary every year, could they? So when i switched, i went to a company that offered double my salary (tbh i was underpaid). I've been working there for almost 2 years now. When i switch, i expect it to be a 20-30% raise, or else i wont accept. The best ill get here is 10% a year. I've also been leveling up in the company sizes.
