Only if he forced her or threatened her or if she forced him or threatened him.

Yes, there is. That 13 year old was more than willing to bang his teacher and more than capable. What were you doing at 13?

Agreed. Losing her job and being publicly shamed is punishment enough for having consensual sex with a willing (old enough to have sex) guy (who is her student). I see nothing wrong between the both of them having sex, but I do understand the teacher/student responsibility and she should merely lose her teaching job at the most. Jail-time is fucking insane. And then 20 FUCKING YEARS!!! Are you fucking kidding me?? The people that support that notion should be locked up. This is basically the Uni…

You want her life ruined. You called it rape. Do you know what actual rape is? If anyone raped anyone between those two, the guy could have forcibly held her down and done it. But there was no rape here, just consensual sex between two more than willing people that are capable of having sex. Then you just accused me of being a rapist. Do you know how serious that is? Based off me not wanting someone's life ruined? This outcome actually does damage to the guy as well. Imagine having sex with some…

There are double standards. Men physically overpower women. Though, there were definitely cases where 13 year old girls seduced men (aka went after men for sex and then framed them either way). You are contributing to ruining someone's life through your outrage. YOU are clearly emotional about this situation since you are comparing it to rape and want this woman's life ruined. I just want you and those in power to leave her alone. She had consensual sex and you want her practically dead. Fuck yo…

What ? So, you determine if you can have sex through other people deciding for you? The guy was 13 and perfectly capable of making his own decisions and having sex, he's not an invalid. You're saying that he's not allowed consent because he wants to have sex ("increased hormonal levels")? So no one should be allowed to have sex because their body wants them to have sex ? So no one should have sex ? Because that's how and why sex happens (the body, through hormones, wants it). He very much wanted…

And when you gave her dick, it's like you had sex with over 200 guys as well. You probably have every STD in the books. Congrats on being walking death. Why are we not screening people before we have sex with them ? Why do porn stars have the common decency to do this but regular idiots don't ?

Are there cameras in the office to be on you at all times so she can't claim anything that didn't happen ?

A man cannot simply just walk away from it all. The legal system is set up to severely punish any man that tries to walk away. Men are getting fucked one way or the other. The man will pay no matter what. The woman will always be covered. The woman will get paid for getting knocked up. You have a child, you get money from the government AND from the man (one way or another, whether he stays or leaves). A woman can probably live off the pay she gets from owning a child.

You failed to mention the part where the guy is legally obligated to send the wife/woman and child money until the child is grown up.

I'm always baffled by that statement. Nearly all my favorite movies and tv series have female leads. Nosferatu (1922), the first movie about 'Dracula' (or some version of), has the female saving the day (sorry if that's a spoiler).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
