This may as well have been an instruction manual on me basically. Great post and insights.

It's not 'because you are a woman', it's because these things are mostly outside your frame of reference. It would be like a man offering advice on how to deal with menstruation. Thoughtful, but it's coming from a place with no discernible reference experience. One exercise some guys are coached do for example to help relate to how women feel when it comes to dating, is start up a tinder account with pictures of an average looking woman and start swiping. Most intelligent guys will start to real…

There's a saying about this in seduction - would you ask a fish how to catch fish, or a fisherman who catches a lot of fish? Unfortunately a lot of women seem know what they (subjectively) like, or think they would like, but what works is often much different.

"She didn't apologize, she said "I'm sorry."" Um, what?

Most women find me ugly yet I still manage to sleep with my fair share of them. Their legs aren't going to spring open like a jack in the box for me like they would for say, a professional athlete, but that's reality. You being ugly is not the problem, its you dogging yourself about it and letting it poison your attitude and confidence that is the problem.

There's a lot of anger and resentment coming through there. I think some of that is misdirected and unproductive. Direct your energy somewhere constructive, like ongoing self-improvement. Don't dwell on what you can't change.

If you think that your time in a weight room is going to give you an advantage over someone who spends an equal amount of time training MMA, whether it's boxing, BJJ, whatever, my personal opinion is that you're completely delusional. Hell, even a guy who spent half the amount of time spent working on MMA would completely wreck your average gym rat. It wouldn't even be close. Why do you think Royce Gracie demolished his way through the early days of UFC? All those big huge strong meatheads with …

Quite possibly one of the dumbest things I've ever read. Kudos.

Upvoted you not because I'm pro-fatty, but fuck what other people think if it really makes you genuinely happy. Some guys out there just plain love bigger girls. There is not a fucking thing wrong with that. Don't be meek or apologetic about it if that's what really floats your boat. Going after skinny women because you care what your buddies or the world at large might think, is the very definition of insecurity and certainly not RP. That's some of the most bullshit backwards thinking and I'm s…

Would love to know how this turns out! I think you're on the right track as far as how to set it up. I can't offer too much in the way of specific situational advice but my one suggestion if this start to turn in the wrong direction is to maintain your frame. If she doesn't go for it or reacts badly, it's important that you don't freak out or get weird - maintain your calm and composure and don't make it a big thing. If it's a big thing for you, it will be for her.

Dude, I was with you on a lot of this stuff but I think you're missing something key here that you just mentioned. You're tall. I don't think you quite understand how advantageous it is in dating because you've never had to experience it from the perspective of someone who doesn't tick that box for girls. For a tall guy, you actually have to fuck up in a major way for women to not be attracted to you. 90% of women are sold on you before you even open your mouth. Their eyes light up and they gigg…

This is a fantastic example of being present in the moment, and also using free-association to keep a conversation running and even taking it in a sexual direction. Well played.

It's an option, but seems risky - wouldn't they be able to spot that you're full of shit if there are some basic industry/internal things you don't seem to know much about?

Fellow Toronto-area finance grad checking in here. Having a similar experience. It's like my degree only qualifies me to be a teller working for barely above min wage, and the 'opportunity' to make 40k a year in 1-3 years. Anyone have any ideas what the best way to maximize a commerce degree would be? It's kind of strange since a finance degree was on the OP's list but it's like unless you go into 90+ hour weeks in ibanking and try to rise up from there, the credential seems useless.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
