How to cope with PMSThank you for your input! Glad it's working for you! I have looked into PMDD,, and when I read about symptoms I tend to be a hypochondriac and feel like I have them too😅. PMS & PMDD seem to be very similar, but more extreme. Never had suicidal thoughts but I do tend to feel absolutely hopeless and worthless. If I take antidepressants in the service I'm 100% out so I'm trying to avoid that route as much as possible. | /r/RedPillWomen | 20/05/20 01:11 AM

How to cope with PMSAs a person of faith, thank you! Been neglecting my Bible readings. Maybe it's a sign😝 What kind of herbal teas do you take? I mostly drink green and hibiscus tea. Doesn't have an effect on my PMS unfortunately | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/05/20 11:45 AM

How to cope with PMSNot on any birth control and have never taken any. I was taking some herbal supplements for a while that were supposed to help balance my estrogen and progesterone, but after 6 months of taking them I felt no difference or improvement. | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/05/20 10:57 PM
How to cope with PMSHelpful thank you! Went to a holistic doctor and the herbs he gave me helped for a bit but the symptoms came right back after a few months. A blood clotting issue runs in my family so the pill isn't an option for me, and that's exactly what my gynecologist recommended. So now I'm looking for an alternate route. I can deal with the pain but the emotional toll is too much. I feel like I'm going insane. Hope the chaste tree works for you & you find some answers @ your next appointment! | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/05/20 10:59 AM
How to cope with PMSYeah about two weeks before my period I experience those symptoms. Super annoying 😅 I do all the same except I entertain myself with mindless video games | /r/RedPillWomen | 15/05/20 12:00 AM
Is it nomal for men to be very critical of women’s appearance? It's not necessarily rude in my opinion to say someone looks tired, for it could be said out of concern. But if you hear it frequently from the same person(s), then there's a problem. | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/05/20 03:49 PM
Is it nomal for men to be very critical of women’s appearance? No this isn't normal. You're surrounded by assholes. | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/05/20 01:23 PM
What is the line between being a girlfriend and being a wife?No difference between dating and marriage then? | /r/RedPillWomen | 01/05/20 12:00 PM
Do you get sad when you feel emotionally cheated on?You can't simply draw him away from her. And he shouldn't be choosing one or the other. If he loves you he will choose YOU, his girlfriend, over a platonic female friend. This man of yours honestly pisses me off. There's nothing you can do to change yourself to make him leave her. You have a choice to make; deal with this, or leave. Be honest and communicate with him how you're feeling. If he puts his "platonic" friendship above the needs of his romantic relationship, end it. I wish you luck! Ha… | /r/RedPillWomen | 25/04/20 12:23 AM
Do you get sad when you feel emotionally cheated on?Men and women cannot simply be friends. It's too complicated. The basis of a romantic relationship and life long partnership is a friendship. It would be different if he's talking to other men, but to talk to another woman and share more intimate details than with his own woman IS emotionally cheating. He should be discussing his life, feelings, and personal aspects with YOU or his male friends. Get rid of him. | /r/RedPillWomen | 24/04/20 06:54 PM
Sharing recipes that were a hit!Sorry for a late three month reply, but wanted to thank you! This recipe you recommended is a hit with my man and family! So simple to make too! I don't grate a block of Parmesan, I just use a good quality already grated Parmesan or Romano, or I combine both. It also helps to taste it as you cook. I usually end up adding more black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt near the end then what the recipe originally calls for. Fresh basil is a must to add, but dry works OK if you add it near the end. | /r/RedPillWomen | 23/04/20 06:27 PM
About to turn 27, and I've realized the truth about "The Wall"MILK THISTLE has done my skin wonders! I still get acne around the time of my period, but it's not nearly as much and my scars heal much faster! | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/04/20 06:14 PM
Does it ever fade?It does, IF you let it. Accept what you did, learn from it, and use the knowledge you gained and apply it to your dating life. Move on from your mistake and don't sleep around with anyone that isn't your husband. Make that clear to anyone that you're dating. Good luck! You will get over that feeling. I finally moved on from it. | /r/RedPillWomen | 29/03/20 11:07 PM
Low budget beauty tips?Beef tallow makes for an excellent heavy and moisturizing "cream" to use at night and I even use it as a makeup remover. It's very high in vitamin A. Stopped using shampoo for about 8 years. Whisking a whole egg and applying it to wet hair makes an excellent shampoo. I find I don't need conditioner after either but I use a dollop only on my ends for safe measures. Coconut oil is great to use as an all over body lotion applied before and after showering. I also use it to whiten my teeth (oil pull… | /r/RedPillWomen | 02/03/20 12:42 PM
