Interesting, but this doesn't answer why there is so much hate from men.

I'd like for someone to post a parody article titled "Why I'm not buying my fiancee an engagement ring", most of the arguments fit pretty well: Would you buy your fiance an engagement ring? "It's tradition": So was slavery. "You could pay for half": I could, but that would not be much of a move for equality unless my bride bought me half an engagement ring. My favorite would be the last one: "Ah, you're just afraid of divorce": That's not a reason for my decision, but it is something to consider…

Before I took TRP I ignored girls all the time because I pretty much didn't care. It sometimes worked but a lot of the time they ignored me back and told me it was because they thought I didn't like them. I think a main factor is that if you are playing this kind of game with a girl make sure she sees you around fairly regularly and doesn't forget about you and that you do actually talk to her.

Holy shit I just remembered something from a few years ago from BP days that exactly demonstrates this. Girl I had been on a date with and made out with before and then just ignored because I get bored easy. A lot later we saw each other on the dancefloor of some place and made out, she pulled me to the side and said we had to stop because she was seeing someone (told me she thought I didn't like her at all because I ignored her (kinda true)). She said she would wingwoman me, even told me anothe…

One thing it would be useful to note about this is that there is a bias of this data towards single fathers being better. Women are far more likely to get custody of children, even if the father would be the better parent. Because of this there would be far more incompetent single mothers than incompetent single fathers. I know we want to show that fathers are important (they are obviously important) but we should always be objective and point out sources of error even if they don't help our vie…

As a scientist I would say you need more subjects and a control group. Ask more men and women the same question in the same way and I would be interested to hear the results.

I agree with you that confidence and game are not all you need but they are important, and I understand that you understand that. I also respect the idea that it is better to work hard to something to obtain it and that it is not as easy (and its a good job it isn't) as turning on a switch to improve your SMV, but I think you are downplaying the work one has to put into changing their state of mind. For me at least it is not easy to change your behavior, attitude, perception and mindset, I think…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
