My experience has probably been similar to yours. I had a few lays in my early 20s. But by 23 the insane demands to be 6' tall, make 6 figures, and other impossible pre-conditions turned me off to women.

At 38 I think younger guys (teens and twenties) need the sexual release porn provides. Older guys though (having a lessened sex drive) should be growing and moving away from porn and putting their time and energy into other pursuits. (hobbies, reading, socializing, just other constructive stuff.) I'm so glad, as a mgtow, I took the pussy off the pedestal. No more women or porn for me.... I like freedom too much! (only exception is one unicorn / nawalt friend and the occasional mini-crush.)

Yes the occasional unicorn exists... but have you tried dating middle-aged women?? Yikes. Yes 90% of them are single moms with mountains of credit card and student loan debt out to catch a walking wallet. (This is my personal anecdotal experience) Mgtow is about not being that guy.

I chat on facebook messenger with my out of state friends. I've also srarted hanging out with guys from work. (I didn't do this for a long time fearing it would complicate the work-place.) Chat up your neighbors! The two guys in the apartment next door are way younger then me (I'm 38 and they are 21 and 20) but we are going to a rock concert together soon. It will be fun to hang out with millenials for once... this Gen Xer has never done it before!!
