Yep, as of recently, I started to work out more, (at least 1.5 hrs in the gym per day) follow a Paleo diet, and stop caring about what others think, and I feel like it has made me have more energy, and feel happier. I mean, how cool is it, that all you have to do to change, or get something, is to actually do it?

Haha, I'm getting out February 2015. It sucks when you can max out your pushups and situps for a PT test, but barely make the run, and when you are out in the field, females with perfect PT scores can't carry a 200 lb male with IOTV (body armor) on for the required 40 yards, while I can. I'm thinking of trying the HIIT regimen. Wish me luck. :)

I know, but I feel like I can get a lot more lean. I was at about 190 lb in basic training. (given, I had a lot less muscle then). I read up on some articles, and they said to not eat much carbs, milk goods (I forget the word), and eat a lot of veggies, lean meats and fats. Is that about right?

So, I'm in the military, been lifting for about 3 years, since high school (am 20). I'm 5'11, at 232lb. I am stronger than most people, but I am obviously fat. I feel like the muscle mass is there (measuring width of arms, chest, ect.) but I find it hard to lose weight. (I think I am an endomorph?)
