That’s not how genes work but yea… my mum was super insecure about her being lazy and obese and would always tell me I should be the same. Moved out of her place 3 years ago. 1	Rejection Therapy - A Brilliant Idea Or A Complete Waste Of Time? Approaching people before you develop that weird crush where you obsess over them in your head over and over and then get rejected after months of build up, will turn your “ouch that hurt” to going from like months of feeling shitty to only a day or two.
