My eyes skipped over the word “more” when I read this. Or I replied to the wrong comment

Judging by the nihilism in this comment thread this will get downvoted but, from an honest perspective: They get good looks by going to the gym and getting fit, learning to and having a reason to smile and being a good and honourable person. Which is a million times better than “oh but his face has like cheek bones”. That’s “status”. Being a good person. “Money” doesn’t even matter. It’s competence that matter if you read the psychology. Money is a good indicator of it, as money Is attracted for…

There’s societal respect and earned respect. However if you act like an animal you’ll be treated like an animal. If that’s what you mean.

That’s not how genes work but yea… my mum was super insecure about her being lazy and obese and would always tell me I should be the same. Moved out of her place 3 years ago. Now I’m fit and (slightly less) lazy. It’s kinda fucked to say and I’ll probably get banned but in my life experience I’ve met very few women are actually secure in themselves and are respectable and confident. The ones I have met I’ve immediately became friends with, but for the most part I seem to end up around a lot of r…

This is really something dads teach their sons but for some reason not their daughters but… you don’t need to cover up every imperfection you have. It’s okay to not be the fastest runner, the best cook, the best looking, you should always try to be the best human being you can possibly be, but it’s okay if that doesn’t measure up to some other people. We can all learn to compliment each others flaws with our own talents. Honestly agree with Jonathan haidt. It’s social media that’s killing our yo…

Some commentary on here is extremely similar to what I see in feminist spaces. I see people on here generalizing ALL women as cold, misandrist harpies that don’t think men should cry or have any rights at all. Ya because the depressed and disenfranchised like to blame their problems on abstract ideas that can’t be picked apart and solved (eg “all men”, “the system” “all women” “the rich”) instead of actual reasons for your possible situation, such as most men here who might lack charisma, is laz…

Whenever you find wife material? You’ll know after a year or so. For real I don’t get this question. Feels like a bait to talk about like pearl or something

How is the sexual liberation movement not using women for sex and treating them as objects but rather courting women, having to love them and allow them to fall in love with the man before the oxytocin (primarily a bonding chemical) release that comes with sex for women, objectification and making them a sex object? Seriously lost with this logic

Bro… “prioritise people over profit” is so dumb. The only way to make a profit is to provide people with what they want or need. Whether or not you disagree with that demand is irrelevant, unless you are pointing guns at people. Seriously get something more interesting to say than marxist gobbledygook

Feminism is coherent, just not the people who subscribe to it. Cuz it’s not what anyone wants when you get to the root of things.

Who the hell does that? Don’t let people isolate you from your friends and family. That’s an abusive relationship waiting to happen. You always need your net.

Is this you women friends saying this? I’ve been single by choice for 3 odd years and haven’t been seen that way? Like who says this?

It’s a problem that snowballs over a short period of time. Only takes 10-20years and takes about 20 years to solve the problem. An ageing population would obliterate all developed economies around the world. It’s pretty simple: no babies? More old people than young people. If that’s true, that means less workers to pay for and care for old people. Which means you have this huge burden on the population and the young people won’t be able to afford to have children because of how shit the economy …

Pretty sure an overwhelming amount of people who have access to social media are western mate. It’s a trend that the rest of the world will follow over the coming decades unless the culture changes

No they aren’t? In the west replication rates have dropped to 0.9 for the first time in modern history

Approaching people before you develop that weird crush where you obsess over them in your head over and over and then get rejected after months of build up, will turn your “ouch that hurt” to going from like months of feeling shitty to only a day or two. Literally the interaction between you and the person who’s gonna reject you is like 2mins tops if you get to the point. But going up to random people and asking them out just seems extreme.

What’s the obsession with childlessness amongst what’s considered a modern or “liberal” woman (and men like tate who are into the pump n dumps) People do realise we go extinct if we were all to accept it right? Child bearing should be considered the one responsibility that all should strive for, for the belief it’s for something better.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
