When you try and tailor resources to each demographic equally, you create wild mismanagement issues that lead to shortages and over stock. Same would happen if you try to allocate resources based on statistics in the health care field ( just look at the regimes of Lenin and Stalin in Soviet russia).What about men who don’t work those jobs? From my limited understanding what was more important was a parent of the opposite sex as that gave the opposites sexes wisdom, ie fathers for women help set boundaries and confidence and all that, where men need mothers to be more empathetic and all that. I’m not sure I think I’ve only watched a lecture or two about the subject. I’m pretty sure it’s only a slight difference in importance and both sexes being present is preferable.
