| -7 | So.... it worked?I think the problem here is similar to systematic racism. The system has been inherently against women. If they’ve been discriminated in their previous jobs in the workplace, prevented from getting promotions and the same opportunists even if they had the same skill or better skill, those things would unfortunately be reflected in their resumes.
