Countdown is the exact type of device I was looking for. I also get hand-trembles sometimes and my thoughts never stop racing. A countdown is a good way to get me out of my head for a moment so I don't seem so scatterbrained and neurotic. Beginning an approach with a clear mind would be wonderful.

It means they're experiencing cognitive dissonance because they can't admit how superficial and shallow the world is. I've made a series of superficial improvements in my life and each one resulted in more women thinking I was worth their time. (lost weight, bought new clothes, cut my long hair, bought a flashy car.) I was already confident, already liked who I was and how I looked, genuinely loved myself. Nothing about who I was or my demeanor changed at all but suddenly I was worth more people…

OP just said he was nonchalant and felt like he was kissing ass in a non-reciprocal way and you interpret that as hating women? If you're that desperate to call out an incel go find an actual incel sub, or focus on whatever internal feelings you're projecting onto OP.
