I wouldn't either, it would set a strange filter. I understand the want to promote a certain vibe, but going in and playing a role sounds a bit too definitive for me

You landed a date so she's already interested. I feel that you're putting a lot of weight into the meaning of flirting when the key to it is that flirtation lies primarily in the INTENT. Anything can be flirting really, so long as your intent is conveyed appropriately: be it sexual, playful or straightforward. Sorta bad, sorry to burst your bubble. You should try to keep in mind the tactics you use to draw women when you drink. It could also be that the ambiance of drinking creates a more acceptable atmosphere for engaging in flirty banter

I would say go for it, so long as youre prepared for the many negative outcomes that are possible in this situation. If you have a strong bond with this second female and are fearful of ruining that friendship, I suggest you hold off on it just out of respect. If it's more of a "hey, youre attractive to me, I won't die if you reject me, but I wanna date you" then go for it. It all depends on where you stand with her.

No. It's a turn on (speaking from a woman's perspective)

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
