11	Two college students (male and female) have sex. The next day the woman writes to the man: "I had a wonderful time, but I'm sorry I led you on, I'm not ready for a relationship". One year later: She files a charge of "non-consensual sexual contact" through the college disciplinary system. The same thing just happened to me. I'm currently being expelled from university for an allegation of sexual misconduct, and now she's apparently trying to press criminal charges. What's even more absurd: in the school newspaper last month, they had an article about how TOTALLY FAIR the university judicial system is when dealing with sexual assault cases. 2	I am being alleged of sexual misconduct at university. I am considering this. The amount of proof needed is "preponderance of evidence," which seems to mean that it is easier for the Complainant. 2	New Orleans Hey! I go to Loyola. I'd love to get together while you're here. Let me chime in on a few things. Columns uptown is a fancier bar, although there is a good mix of college students and older folks. A good atmosphere, but maybe not the place for what you're looking for. Other similar places off the top of my head are Shamrock, Delachaise, and Fat Henry's, although Columns is definitely fancier than all of those. The Boot and Palm's are more what you are thinking of. 2	How to start with maintaining eye contact Something else that seems to work for people who wear glasses: walk around with your glasses off. It forces you to focus in order to figure out what is around you. When you see someone, you have to focus to catch all of their features. This has the same effect as everything that OP had mentioned. As a side note, sometimes we take for granted what we see with near perfect vision.
