My biggest problem with all these articles about such women (cuckoldresses, post wall career women, poly women etc) is that they put pictures of hot/attractive girls on the articles. When in all probability they're probably 5's or 6's at best

'if someone isn't a sperg and is relatively attractive they shouldn't have a problem finding sex'. If this refers to men, then I'd say it's wrong.

It's more about the sexual attention she receives and validation out of it

These few books have worked wonders for me personally, they cover a lot, and can be read re-read and re-re-read, the can be studied to really understand and apply; 1.Meditations by Aurelius, great for perspective in many ways 48 laws of power, fucking incredible book How to win friends and influence people , basic social skills you can build a foundation from,

Been on TRP for about 2.5 years , and eventually started following few people on twitter. Rollo and IM have by far been the most valuable. So much average-value rehashed self help bullshit out there from a lot of others who imply that you're not committed to improving yourself if you don't buy their course or whatever. Also, I get the feeling that the quality of posts here has dropped significantly compared to the first year of when I joined. Not sure if that's an extension of the what this post…

Are you implying that IM's quality/value of content is subpar? Compared to who, Mike Cernovich? Troy Francis? Really?!

This day was going to come sooner or later. Found the sub about 2 years ago and learnt a hell of a lot, I have become a different person in no small part because of this sub....the theory posts, the field reports, the blue pill examples..... It has been a pleasure folks...thank you.

Agreed. People like Roosevelt, Arnold, Muhammad Ali are great examples when it comes to things like commanding presence, holding frame etc

Good to hear that you have made such progress, gives me a lot of hope. A couple of years ago it was even worse as I couldn't even get morning wood, got onto the nofap wagon for a month long streak at first try and it started standing up in the morning. I did relapse after as my life came crashing down with other shit and this was the only outlet to escape. But since then I've still managed to have it hard in the mornings which is good. I suppose it should be fine to use this stuff to kickstart m…

I only told her about porn. Didn't tell about what kind of porn or about any experiences with hookers or trannys

The Rational Male is a book that spoke to me. For it's influence on me it is in the same bracket as Meditatons and the 4 LOP. You have done a lot for me and many many men out there by showing part of the world's landscape as it really is. Thank you very much Rollo

I've learnt a huge tonne about frame since being on this sub but this sounds like a quality exercise. Not just about 'talking to girls' but more about testing how far you can go, being comfortable with not confirming to the norm, and maintaining sexual tension. Something to try out.

Spot on mate! I started keeping a journal 4 yrs ago (I was just 19), long before I found TRP and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The 6 reasons you give are bang on point. It also helps you make connections between things in your life that you wouldn't have done otherwise. Reading past entries is a surreal experience, it's like a younger you talking to an older you. Just over a year ago I went through the most difficult patch of my life and my recovery from it coincided with stumbl…

Similar thing I saw, I was following this girl's instagram account which is just full of selfies (followed all sorts in my BP days) and she posts this selfie video of her just looking at the camera admiring herself - and she has followers in the 000's. Then one guy who was a powerlifter posting cool pics and vids commented something like 'wtf are you even doing, why take a vid doing NOTHING'. And it just hit me how much validation these women are getting for absolute shite
