2	I am a mother to be in three weeks to a baby boy, and I'm wondering, what is your take on circumcision as a circumcised/uncircumcised man? It is an abnormal practice. It has many drawbacks. In my country it is done only (or mostly) by Jews. We highly criticize circumcision and it is not normalized (I am from Venezuela), it is mostly done only if there is a medical condition that requieres such procedure. I admit there are families that still cling to that custom, but they are a minority. It is genital mutilation. It is only for “aesthetics” (it is not aesthetic at all). It is not cleaner.
