3	Crypto is sexist. This makes it seem like “diverse” is (to borrow a phrase I don’t like) a “dog whistle” of sorts. It would be illegal to specify a particular gender or race: “I am looking for a Asian male intern” etc. But you can say that you want to consider a “more diverse” pool of candidates.
