I'm near certain that the lack of mens rea means it's technically manslaughter where I am, though the biting their dick off then laughing about it makes it seem like straight up murder tbh

maybe there was no prior intention or plan to kill him which would technically be manslaughter in most countries, just the fact that she laughed about it doesn't support that
