I miss my Uber/Lyft days. It was one of the most fun side jobs I ever did. Met lots of cool people as well as some interesting weirdos.

Rule #3: Be nice. Until it's time... to not be nice.

If only she would have been as freaky with me as she is with her boyfriend... wait... scratch that... she's way to freaky now. The sick twisted bitch.

Yes, in no-fault states, it doesn't matter. Some states still have at-fault reasons to get divorced. In my state, if it can be proven that a spouse misspent family funds on the affair or gave gifts to or received gifts from the AP then that can be subtracted from the equitable distribution of alimony or support judgments.

Guess I need to ask the lawyer about that.

I do still care about her but I also can't stand her. I want good things to happen to her but she's the one that won't let that happen for herself. She is her own biggest problem. Meanwhile, I want to hit her with all the facts about her being the cheating POS that she is. She's got nothing on me that hasn't already been revealed but cheating was never something I did. Meanwhile, we live under the same roof but she gets nothing from me other than her bills paid. As for this particular AP, they'r…

While she and I don't have any children together, I am fond of her kids. And her kids, who are all adults now, don't want her living in my house anymore. None of them are on good terms with her right now and realize that despite what they were told about me during the worst of times, I'm not the bad guy. I just want to hit her with all the facts I can find. She accused me of all kinds of shit when she is the one who projected her own sins on me.

I don't blame him for anything. He's a victim of hers just like me.

To clarify, he lives nearly a thousand miles away. They are not still a thing. She claimed she was traveling to a mental health in-patient resort type place for intense therapy (which she desperately needs). What I hope I would possibly gain from reaching out to him is finding out if he knew of any others she cheated on me with. He hangs out online in a very particular place, which is where they met.

According to what I heard in the recorded phone conversations he had with my stepkid, he was divorced. There is no spouse to inform of his cheating. He's just a single guy out there that she screwed literally and figuratively.

I see what you did there. And how dare you compare my STBXW with such a majestic animal.

Her AP probably is a stupid POS but he's not her AP anymore. My thinking was, if he agreed to volunteer any info, it would likely be to help me make her suffer. My stepkid shared with me some recordings of phone conversations between him and the stepkid slamming her for being a stupid bitch. Basically, he has no more reason to like her than I do.

Pretty sure he doesn't give a shit about her anymore based on the recorded phone conversations my stepkid shared with me. To clarify, the stepkid and the AP were talking and he was clearly not her friend at that point.

Only to try to find answers to my second question above.

As far as I know, he was single at the time so there is no spouse to tell information that they should know. I only asked because maybe he's still pissed off at her too because she was a bitch to him too. And I know this to be true because my stepkid shared with me the recordings of some phone conversations the stepkid had with him.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
