Only after riding the carousel for a couple of decades. Funny how it's all "I want to explore my sexuality", "I want to be independent", etc. Then they hit the wall, their looks fade, the orbiters drift away, with a few trip hazard fuck trophies in tow, then it's "Why won't these selfish man-babies settle down?".

Don't become a hermit. Find a solid group of guys (or just 1-2), join a club or activity group to do things with, otherwise the isolation will take its toll psychologically. Even the most dedicated introvert needs occasional social interaction. Avoid anything that requires a commitment of time or money that you may not want to make.
