My humble opinion for your negative emotions is just try to erase them with lifting, or finding a semi contact fighting dojo. For 2, I can agree to that, but the general is still kinda putting down if you say it as is. You need to water it down, so people does agree. Here is the thing about Turkey though, still a lot of people refuse to integrate English sources to their lives, thus the member numbers are very low in general.
